TeleHealth Terms of Use:

If any issue is deemed too complicated for a telehealth visit as a result of your appointment, the virtual health visit cost will be applied to an in person visit

You must provide a temperature and current photo of your horse prior to your visit (submit via text or email).

You must be a client in good standing with PenMar Equine (no outstanding balances) 

Your horse must have been seen by a veterinarian from PenMar Equine IN PERSON in the prior 12 months

You acknowledge that there are limitations to TeleHealth and it is your responsibility to provide all information as accurately as possible

You will be asked to acknowledge you have read and accept these terms in your telehealth submission
